Delete Account - Xcobean Cloud

You can request deletion of your Xcobean Cloud account and all associated personal data. Please review the information below before submitting your request.

How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email to privacy@xcobean.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"
Include your registered email address and full name so we can verify your identity
We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days
You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted

Biometric login settings	Permanently deleted
Support chat history	Anonymized

Data We May Retain

In compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, we may retain the following for up to 7 years after account deletion:

Invoice and payment records — Required by Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) tax regulations
Transaction logs — Required for financial audit compliance

This retained data is kept solely for legal compliance and is not used for any other purpose.

Important Notes

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
Any active hosting services or domains must be cancelled or transferred before deletion
Outstanding invoices must be settled before account deletion can be processed
After deletion, you will no longer be able to log in to the Xcobean Cloud app or web portal
